Pair printed bottom with a one color top so the attention isn't drawn away from the bottoms. This is always my go to look. I love having a printed/patterned skirt and a simple top. Love the texture of the top. If its basically one color, it's fine. A sole color lace top is also amazing to pair with a floral skirt (girly look).
The ruffles create a more girly sense to the skirt and adds more volume. The sandals are the finishing touch to complete the outfit.
Also I should have finished this look with a small necklace. Now that would have made the look perfect.
